I would have thought that a British passport proves right to work. Nothing like a healthy bit of discrimination
Personally, I would be OK giving everything but my home address. So many unnecessary conclusions are drawn by where you live.

As to address, serves you right for living on a council estate. My address here automatically identifies me with the hip, in-crowd.

I'd also have a quick thumb to the 'next of kin section' - always nice to know if she is married or not.
