Amazon delivers to me in Abu Dhabi...I access it via the .co.uk site without any problems.

The local Ebay equivalent out here is www.souq.com.

As for Amazon, there isn't really anything that offers the same breadth of products, but www.nahel.com is pretty close.

But like Kitty said, it helps if we know what you're after.

Aramex - Shop and ship.... Buy what you want, within reason, from US or UK, get it delivered to a pre-assigned PO Box in said country, Aramex then ship it over and deliver it to your door....

ASOS.com is pretty good and with free delivery from UK. However make sure your goods are not over the value of AED1000 or you will have to pay customs. Unfortunately I feel foul of this the first time ordering from them

Buy the majority of my clothes from there and quite reasonably priced too. Also consignment usually arrives around a week's time which isn't bad
