just look in the yellow pages for Ambulance Chasers!
or go down to an A&E and there will be adverts for them and quite possibly people handig out flyers.

even back in the UK mild whiplash would get you a few grand even if there was no loss of income.

You will need the following:

An injury
A personal injury lawyer
An insurance company to sue

Unless you've lost a limb or something you can forget about getting rich though.

Arbroath, Ill save a lot of reading thru yellow pages.

Jim Adler, the Texas Hammer.. He was CONSTANTLY on telly ads in Houston about suing for injuries after an RTC....
