Japan have to be a little gutted in the footie finals, they've had two blatant handballs and a player blatantly pulled down when having two arms wrapped around the forward and none of them were given.

Cracking game of footie, superb shots and saves, but that ref needs to bugger off.

It's an activity though, not a sport....they might as well add darts and snooker.

No doubt they would if they were more universally played.

Well snooker is universally played, well maybe not much in the US, but it's not like the UK have been dominating entirely in the game in recent years with players all over the world.

Darts, wouldn't have a clue, but you always see a dart board in various pubs around here, so who knows...

Not much world success at the elite level snooker or darts (did I just say that for darts?), darts has messed itself up with the division in organizations, and has successfully spread out to the dutch, but hardly a world sport outside the pub players beyond the usual national culprits.

If you don't have to be fit to play it then it's a game. That means that snooker, darts and golf are all games, not sports. BMX is a kid's activity.

It's not cheating unless you get caught ...

Evidently some Japanese chap was the 1st one to start the cheating/illegal stroke and it was back in the last or one before that Olympics.

If you didn't use a caddy, golf would be a bit more active than the walking event

And the fitness thing, well you don't have to be fit for a lot of the fighting events, skilled, sure, but not fit, as they're so short, but I'd still call them sports.

Archery, pistol/skeet/trap shooting though, they're definitely in the activity arena
