Didn't work but I got it fixed now; googled it. Now why didn't I just do that in the first place you ask; I was feelin lazy Thanks for trying to help

Administrator is disabled by default in Windows 7 so the solution to enable it is :

Start Menu > Right Click Computer > Manage > Local Users & Groups > Users > Administrator > Uncheck " Account is Disabled "

I needed Admin rights as I ran SpyBot S & D and it wouldn't let me fix some Spyware/Malware unless I had Admin rights.

sorry
correct path to change to admin as default is
start
control panel
user accounts and family safety
user accounts
change your account type
select admin
change account type

you will then run everything as admin at all times
