My partner and I will be moving to Riyadh in a couple of months and would love to hear any insights from those that have made a similar move.

Are there any things you wish you had known before? Any tips, suggestions, mistakes to avoid? Is it safe to use a VPN? How's the internet speed over there? Any items you wish you would have brought from the UK but are not available over there? Any good relocation companies? (not planning on moving furniture but do have a few cubic meters of stuff I'd like to take with)

exactly that...are you married? If you are not married there absolutely no remote chance that you will get a visa for your partner

Oh and its highly illegal for unmarried couples to live together , the punishment is not nice
