For god's sake people. Stop squabbling and sort this out. Just go to the new Belgian Beer cafe in Madinat Jumeirah. It's approximately halfway between Marina and Downtown and it satisfies Meow's requirements for no New Dubai. Easy to get a taxi there, easy to get a taxi out of there. Smoking allowed. Plenty of tables. Good beer. Any problems?

) seems our chaps have landed a big project in abu dhabi so I might be able to join into the indecisiveness-fest of a meet up one of these days.

Construction, its the airport. The official announcement will come in 2 weeks I think. executive council in uae approved it last week
