really? i figured things like pickled garlic, pickled cucumber etc would be considered condiments - but i guess you are strictly referring to ketchup, mayo, salad cream etc.

All I have left in my fridge is eggs, bacon, cheese and spring onions - so, for my late lunch, it'll be another omelette.

I'm off to the UK for 6 weeks, so eating up all the remaining food.

All the above talk about pizza... that can be my dinner for tonight.

Er...yes. Condiments are things added to food to enhance or influence the flavour, not something eaten separately. (My next-door neighbour when I was a kid, Aunty Margaret, used to give me tomato ketchup sandwiches, but that's another matter.)

I used to have red sauce sandwiches at my nan and granddad's for tea, and tripe with vinegar and pepper, and cold black pudding :thumbsup:
