I bet the expat in rail are pricey, railway in UK pay over the odds as it is. Due to NWR not using QS's and using accountants/Business Management Degree holders who don't even know what concrete is, everything is over the odds price wise.
Also NWR payment terms are fantastic. So overall what I am saying, for someone to leave that to join Etihad they must be pricey expats! |

What's your sense of the recruitment market at the moment? Hence why we aren't hiring anyone locally and we're serving notice to people who won't / 'can't' move elsewhere. I'm busy making sure that I'm hiring in the States, India and other far flung places so it looks (and actually is) like I'm busy.
