Hive Shutdown

Went to Hive last night only to find it closed with an Arabic notice pasted on the door.
Apparently it has been shut down by CID for staying open past 1am!!
Is this a new regulation filtering down from AD??

I might have just caught it on bad night, it must have been 'w**kers night' when i was in.
