TBH, if you want to meet a bloke, i'd say this is a pretty great place. I know four single guys, who are all fit, goodlooking funny and solvent. They are always whinging about the male female/ ratio here.
If you just want to come for a look see, i'd reckon 2 years would be your max when single. There is scuba diving, winsurfing, gaellic footy, dune bashing etc etc loads of stuff to do but it is a kind of sterile place and you could get bored after a couple of years.

No I'm in hairdessing , I have been doing hair for about twenty five years and am ready for a change , with that said after reading all the stuff of this site im wondering if this is the right place to make a move. taking into consideration the cost of living and housing. What are your thoughts...

I actually help run a hair salon here for a friend and are always on the look out for good stylists but the salary offered isn't really good enough for Europeans to make a decent standard of living.

Thank you so much, I will look into the link that you gave me. My visa is going to expire and Im looking for a change in my life, just thought UAE might have been a good place, but I don't want to live in a box either.
