Trouble is Im sure he doesnt see it as a lack of morality or wrong, and is driven by sexual urges which he cant control, so without a great deal of therapy or drugs, I make MD right and he will do it again.......why else would they go on a sex offender's register if the authorities didnt think it would / could happen again................think they should cut his bollocks off and be done with it personally

you seem to have a very profound faith in Big Brother, BM... Rather like those who support the new bio-identity cards on the basis of 'nothign to hide, nothing to fear'.

Especially bearing in mind most people on the register are 16 year old boys who were shagging their not-quite-16 year old girlfriends, and that most abuse is by known and trusted adults.
