Default Food Delivery in UK

I want to send my mum some nice comestibles by post, but can't find anywhere online that looks enticing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was thinking a really nice tin of biscuits and a fruit cake.

Thanks in anticipation

Not really gourmet food, but I've sent some presents from this site and usually well received

while not top-end... cadburys do some hamper/wine boxes etc that are quite good. At least she'll be familiar with the contents rather than some pretentious cheeses that she won't know what to do with.
