For Abu Dhabi to RAK it might work, but otherwise it's much easier to drive.

This one flew under my radar arf arf! I'll ask around tomorrow. I'm amused by the 'journey' times which are wheels up to wheels on the tarmac. No mention of the trip to the airport, check in, security etc. So your 26 minutes goes to a couple of hours at least.

My mrs makes the point that it's not me and my driving she's worried about, it's the chances of some half-wit driving into us or doing something that we can't avoid.
