Well, I survived...
It really really is in the middle of nowhere. Worse, getting out is ridiculous now it's outside the FZ fence, because you have to go down to the next junction on SZR and do a u-turn... luckily I got a cab inside the FZ, through a gate in the car park fence.
It was clean and the room was surprisingly big. For the money it really is a steal but yeah, a car is really going to make life better...
Honestly, the room didn't feel much different to a typical Ibis or Holiday Inn Express room, other than how obviously easy-clean it was.
