So on the basis of texts indicating you are going to commit an offence then anyone that texts each other about going out for a few drinks or driving to Barracudas etc faces inprisonment... absolutely ridiculous, don't tell me they also monitor msn and skype etc? In which case I am sure most of us will be heading to jail at some point...

Do they actually want anyone to come and live/holiday here or are they trying to get rid of everyone.

The naughty texts only came to light because the hubby needed Etisalat to produce them in divorce proceedings. Otherwise I suspect the texting would have gone unnoticed and unpunished.

Whoever gets caught gets into varying amounts of trouble. Some get into trouble for trivial thigns, others for serious stuff.
