Why can't they just keep to the effing holidays they are meant to have? I've already lost 2600 night on a monday night hotel non refundable booking that i can't use. My husband is out of the country and is flying back on tues, the only day that he wanted as a holiday, and they're now flying at us. Also, our smallest has been in hospital for two days this week, which he had to take as holiday, but missed the bloody holiday days that are now raining down.

In typical understated style Dubai announces the expansion of plans for World Expo 2020 - the planet sized attraction, the "DubaiStar," will be constructed and shall orbit the Sun in an position geostationary to the Earth for all eternity.
Architect Rem Koolhaas has been confirmed as heading the design team, after first choice Slartibartfast had to pull out due to prior commitments with the Norway pavilion. Bartfast said "Well it's Norway, it's my greatest work, the chance to work on the fjords for a third time was just too much".
Also announced was the farewell slogan of the World Expo 2020 "So long and thanks for all the schwarmas"
