didn't you think it was odd that the prices they quoted for other clubs all included golf courses whilst their's doesn't but it has a hotel? it's doomed

Doomed at these prices the family price was about 6,000 the last year we were their and I would have been tempted at below 10,000 with normal prices for food and drink. No Golf and not as many facilities by the look of things.

If you look at some of the key figures (which funnily enough have been omitted from the minutes), there appears to be some irregularities compared to market rates.
