I read that...stuff of nightmares...
what amazes me is that the hole is so big that a person can actually fit in...which is completely scary...and that there isn't a second protective grid (or whatever it would be called) just inside of the hole, just in case the outer one falls off...

These grills/vents were supposed to have fluted sides or be enlarged in area so that suction could not get a full grip of a person's body and thus allow easy release. When will they ever learn.

Terrible...reminds me of the horrible event a few years back, when a young girl sat on a venturi vent by the side of a swimming pool and was eviscerated.
