Default Aching

My legs ache and I have a sore throat from so much shouting but am happy I played my first league hockey match in 5 years following major knee surgery in 2004.

only downside is that some of my kit decided to fall to pieces so I've had to replace that little bit at a nice cost 750dhs. Hockey keeping can be an expensive sport

I'm a goalkeeper so having the best hockey stick is not of great importance.
its the pads that cost a fortune

would like to train every week to build up my fitness and reactions but it means bring my kit into work in the morning by taxi, getting a taxi to the pitch and a taxi home. works out at around 30 quid a training session!
