What, no shots in the delivery room? We have no actual birth footage, I drew the line there, but have all three from the cord cutting stage and getting weighed and all that. I would have forgotten their actual names and how much they weighed if I didn't have a reference to look back on, you just end up calling them all one name and shouting it for all of them after a while.

I'm amazed at this.

We don't have any pictures until mini was one week old...some things are best forgotten.

yea dont get me wrong, we dont have any flap shots like Kim obviously loves looking at...

We have footage of the little one AFTER she was born, not during or in the immediate aftermath. Why anyone would want that filmed is beyond me.

That made Shadya life out loud. As if we have Kshs.25,000 to spend on a luxury item like that when she has brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, cousins and God knows who else back home in Kenya relying on our help.

Hey, I told you I drew the line at birth footage, my husband didn't even go down the business end of proceedings - all cord cutting etc is from a very dignified angle.

Not everywhere. Eldest two popped out in Japan (albeit 20 years ago), no drugs, no gas and air, no nothing. Didn't look very comfortable. 'Er indoors couldn't believe that a bit of gas n air for number 3 (in UK) could make such a difference.

Eeww - that's not fair. I must admit, my last one was drug and epidural free and was probably my best labour, but could have something to do with being number three and knowing what to expect. Did send the other two out of the room when I started to moo like a cow though and they came back in 20 minutes later to see their new sister.
