My Citibank Ultimate give me a mile for every 3 AED or so.

I was considering that or Emirates NBD, will have a more detailed look at the T&C for both.

I've got the Citibank one too. It's alright actually and the points go on quickly.
Easily paid at a machine or online as well.

A buddy has the ENBD one and thinks it's good too. Think they're probably much of a muchness but I'd be interested to hear if you find one rated highly or as the best

Had a look through the T&C for both and think Citibank is better although the annual fee is higher.
Both have % reductions on base miles for various retail purchases, although citi reductions are less.

Emirates flights on citi are interest free, I think(?).
I don't pay attention to the fees until they come out that month of the year and then think - you bastards.
