My Citibank Ultimate give me a mile for every 3 AED or so.

I was considering that or Emirates NBD, will have a more detailed look at the T&C for both.

I've got the Citibank one too. It's alright actually and the points go on quickly.
Easily paid at a machine or online as well.

A buddy has the ENBD one and thinks it's good too. Think they're probably much of a muchness but I'd be interested to hear if you find one rated highly or as the best :thumbup:
