no. the second day after exercise is always the worst.
Worst I had was the first time I played squash after a gap of a couple of years. Played two matches one after the other. Two days after that i couldn't move!

I did that on my old cross-trainer..but that was so different from this one..your legs swung right out,not just peddling round...it was fab.
