Good, went to my first Aussie Rules football match (all lithe men in tight shorts 
) today with friends, then a drink and dinner ...been a lovely day.

it is amazing how much affect the weather can have on you isn't it! I found at home I did very little as the weather managed to ruin most things. I have just been to marks and spencers for shortbread!! I am a happy cat now!

Was thinking more of the fact that it was so safe ...no trouble whatsoever, despite only seeing a max of 20 police there.
M&S ?? We don't have that here. Thought England and France was the only countries it was there.

I am just in the door. It was GREAT! Nerves were very minimal and my colleague said I did a fantastic job. I had a lot of people come up to me afterwards to ask me questions on the subject matter. They were all talking to me as if I was a pro in my field
Thanks to all for their advice, tips etc.
It was really good experience and I can't wait til the next time. I never thought I would be sitting here saying that! Now I need a drink to celebrate. Where's the barmaid???
