Re: Childhood crushes
Just being nostalgic over Luke Skywalker which made me think of a few other boys I used to fancy- Shakin Stevens, Keifer Sutherland, Steve Davies (yes the snooker player) and Noel Edmunds - luckily my taste in men developed as I got older ( although still think Kiefer is hot and Noel Edmunds still does something for me- not sure why), just wondering who else everyone else used to fancy when they were kids? Any other embarrassing crushes?

Hans solo: have done a hundred more movies, first class movie star (I also recommend: "The conversation", by F.F. Coppola, a VERY young Harrison Ford).
Luke Skywalker: it seems that he's a great voice-over artist, requested for videogames and cartoon, I remember him in "Full Throttle", great games from Lucasarts. And of course, in "The Simpsons"!!!
Princess Layla( Italian spelling): oh well, she managed to go through bipolarism, alcoholism, drug addiction, a husband who left her for a man and turn out to be...fine? For sure she writes books and stand-up acts that are wildly successful about those (and much, much more) interesting bits and pieces of her wild life. For those who like to shutter their childhood memory (and crushes): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ca...Con_2009_1.JPG
Me, I always had a thing for Samantha Fox, great artist.

I second Lewis Collins as someone mentioned earlier. It was the cruel mouth that did it. Also David Sylvian of Japan and whilst I still like the music he looks so fey to me now.

Re: Childhood crushes
What Kiefer Sutherland in The Lost Boys- he was gorgeous- think he reminds me of a guy I dated who I was completely swept off my feet by, so theres a link attraction, I can't explain the Steve Davies thing but i've always liked red heads- but I know I have no excuse really, every girl liked Luke Skywalker- I did move on to Hans Solo as I got older and as for Noel Edmunds - I am hanging my head in shame.
I also have a massive thing for Spiderman....
I have some even more bizarre crushes but really should keep those to myself.
Maybe this all explains why I am single!

Re: Childhood crushes
Aunty Margaret who lived next door (not my really Aunty, honest). Big boobs and she made me tomato ketchup sandwiches. Almost all that an 11-year old could have wished for.

next you'll be saying that on Sunday's you even had butter on your sandwiches..
big boobs however...
Anyway Sam Fox and the other big chested lady popular at the same time , Sabrina, (in the song boys boys boys her boob popped out of her bikini top halfway through the video...) were part of my fantasies when growing up.
