Car mechanics
Does anyone know of any car mechanics that will come out to assess a few minor problems with a car I have on loan by a friend who's gone to UK for the festive season. I would like it fully functional before he returns 
The only guys I know (Brits) have closed their garage until Jan 02 - rather inconsiderate of them I agree

Had to leave it overnight in works car park....
Any recommendations gladly received
