Couple of guys at work have had minor, self inflicted, bumps. One took the wing mirror off on the pillar in the underground car park. They were fined (I think) 200 dits, the wing mirrors report said the fine was for 'driving without'.

Yep, my missus back int a pillar in a car park. 200AED fine for 'driving without', I think it the polices way of charging for their time when you've been a numpty...

Yep, concur with the above. My daughter had a ding in JBR car park and the cop explained to me that as she was deemed at fault he HAD to fine her for reversing without care. 200 chips.
