No idea on his name. He came from the maintenance company the LL sorted before contract handover. Had them out for emergency repair on the AC on Saturday but all they did was change a failed timer relay. The AC blew warm but they couldn't look anymore at it as they have a one hour maximum for emergency call outs hence sending the chap out today. Bless him he was not a happy bunny

Bit of a design fault not having access to the roof hey. He did tell me that all Almas have cheap Chinese AC units on the roof that are failing all the time whereas Reems and (bows head in reverence) Saheels have Korean units that are still running strong after 10 years. Almas are definitely fur coat and no knickers

I have an amazing "fix it" guy who does all of my maintenance..he is the husband of a friend's maid...he actually works as a maintenance man for a large company so he knows about plumbing, a/c, electrics etc...... he will come in the evenings after work..if you would like his number pm me.
