Horrible footage, so sad to see one of the dead was a young lad (I believe I read).

Saw a photo of police arresting a 'suspect' but I hope whoever is behind it is found.

It was a girl, running to raise money for the Sandyhook school shooting victims.

I was wrong, it's a boy. They were saying a girl last night when we went to bed.

Does anyone know of any "people" lists? There's a bunch of us fairly frantic about a mate who went to Boston for the marathon and we can't get in touch with him..... :(

Re: boston marathon

Google had a people finder as well as a place finder thing up yesterday.

Boston Mayor's Hotline for families of victims: 617-635-4500
Got a direct number/place he stayed, could try calling for you?

I hope you make contact with him soon. This is just so awful, what kind of people can even think of doing something like this. I too hope it is a yank.

As a 'Moderator' you are not here to express opinions! - You are here to 'Moderate' them. Quite honesty, I am getting rather tired of your irrelevant quips! - Do you have better things to do with your time in ATC? Because at the 'Drop of a Hat' Dubai could become (not the most dangerous) but the most 'Inconvenient Airport' to arrive at in The World!

Especially when I arrive after an 8 Hour Flight, with the aeroplane parked in Sharjah, and the Baggage takes Four Hours to be delivered to the Arrivals Terminal! (I can document this)

Not your problem, I know, but it is part of the process! - BE AWARE!

What 'Precisely' do you mean with that response?

Wondering if there were any mitigating circumstances for your
extremely obnoxious(since edited) response to Bob,particularly when he was being helpful.
I guess not...you are just a complete wanker.
Get off this thread and show respect.

Helpful? - Not that surprising that there is no response! (Respect is commodity that has to be earned, it is never taken for granted!) AND HOW DARE YOU REFER TO ME IN THAT WAY! EXPECT THE LETTER FROM THE LAWYER!

Do not forget that we now have Policemen and Policewomen in the UK suing their employers!

Unfortunately the UK has followed the path of 'If there is Blame there is a Claim!'

Perhaps this should become a future Thread?
