Well as an expat Al-Ainer and coming from a rural lifestyle...it suits me and many fine....
cheaper rent than ABD and DXB
Much more room for your rent dirhams
No long traffic queues
Lovely oasis , naturally greener.
cheaper and less crowded schools
You can get to carrefour and back in an hour (depending if you stop for a bite)
15-30 mins to dramatic landscapes
Most locals as i understand in DXB and ABD return to Al Ain for holidays for
and above all after a long day...
