Well...Got a text to say the 24mbps broadband had been activated last week.
Previously had 8 and received around 8 on the speed test.
Now, consistently receiving no more than 3!!
Got the usual scripted response from the help line after being on hold for 20 minutes...We surely are sorry for any inconvenience and will surely pass your complaint to the concerned dept etc.......

Well I asked to upgrade my speed to 16mb, just have confirmation they have activated it at 8mb. Why are they such a bunch of incompetent inbreds?
