I suppose I shoudn't really be too shocked at the proposal...this part of the world has built and/or approved some rather silly looking buildings and masterplans over the years.



Falcon city of wonders anyone? I suppose it's too big to be easily spotted at ground level..but seriously..covering the world in cave paintings at city level..
