I suppose I shoudn't really be too shocked at the proposal...this part of the world has built and/or approved some rather silly looking buildings and masterplans over the years.

No idea on status..its still on one of the big ones website..not sure why they'd like to advertise that as part of their portfolio..but, who am I to argue?
