if you have installed the new version of BBM then there are major issues, it may also be something as simple as the software needs an update, this happend to me a couple of weeks ago and after a softaware update I have had no issues.

Yeah, the new BBM has been a pain in the ass. It frigged up all my ringtones... my precious ringtones.

BBM has been fine for me, but email is very slow. Email is arriving on my PC as normal, another 30 minutes before BB receives it. Probably just paranoia.

Ask your colleagues, friends and family to use short, simple words so that TRA don't take so long "pre-processing" your email! ; )

I'd imagine they're sitting there with a dictionary asking, "What does lummox mean?"

I unistalled it in the end it was a REAL NIGHTMARE still prefer my BB over my Iphone

And today the cackberry is sitting there doing... err nothing. Incoming calls are ok but that's it. It's going back to the IT department where I'm hoping Moss will kindly fix it...

Maybe I've got a dodgy one but I'm not the only one in my office who hates it. Mind you, we're all mac wielding meeja hores, what do we know about business phones?

The older Blackberries are detestable, but the Bold 9000 and later are much better! I have used a mac forever, and have owned iPhones... but iPhone doesn't compare well to BB at all. The only device I've liked more than my BB was my Palm Treo... lovely phone but sadly, too outmoded to continue using.
