Each PC, laptop, mobile anything that connects to the internet, net or a network has a unique MAC address. Its always stored on any server it access plus the ip it used. So if you use your laptop on a dodgy internet cafae, they can track ya easily. Therefore you musn't use anything that can be tracked back to you
