right mitten has been food intolerance testing, results as follows
50% intolerant to pork
50% intolerant to cows milk
25% intolerant to wheat
drat

yup I have to cut them out of her diet. I have replaced pasta with rice so that aint a problem. Will get rice crackers. Spelt bread. Pork - she loves ham and bacon, will replace with beef bacon and turkey etc, chicken. Cow's milk - stumped! and all yoghurts are made with cows milk and most cheeses

yes she will grow out of it. she is a very poor eater and what has happened is that the only foods she eats, which is pasta and ham !! and milk!! have been overloaded so to say so her body has rejected them. I think once I get her to eat more varied foods and then re introduce the banned foods she will be fine. Does that make sense?
