yes that is what my friend was telling me as well. He said that we bring on our own intolerances (food related not deoderant issues) as we give our body too much of it and then we reject it. They're poisonous, and are only edible when cooked. We should only eat what we could eat raw (meat/veg/fish/nuts). Although I'm not suggesting you eat raw chicken. That would be bucking stupid.
