Abu Dhabi Bans Irish Meat
The funniest thing I read today, plus this quote from a Abu Dhabi Government Official.
"We found some pork from Ireland imported through the UK, at two stalls (specially licenced for non-Muslims in the city) that were not contaminated," he said.
"But to be on the safe side we ordered it withdrawn from the shelves."
So, basically mate your dog is fine and doesn't have rabies, but just to be on the safe side we will be putting him down anyway. Bacwards Mind

Don't you have to eat it every day for 50 years or something to be contaminated ? Sure I read that somewhere on yahoo - best go and check . .
