I think he might be suggesting that "Customer Service" and "Dubai" are mutually exclusive!

personally I havnt found service to be all the bad here (but i did live in France for a long time where bad service is an art form), with the exception of my soon to be ex-bank, but I have noticed that customers tend to be extremely rude to staff!
