I cant say I really agree with your list purely because those things are universal and dont really make the UK or indeed anywhere crap. Some of them are also a bit iffy and inaccurate

Blimey, anyone been to Homestead in Florida? We booked into a Motel and woke up in the morning to find the whole place circled by barbed wire topped mesh fence. That was one of the better ones

Clean 'air' (depends where you live)
Good Atmosphere in certain towns/cities
Friendly British people and helpful
Quality of life,

British comedy/Tv (ie fools n horses ya plonka!)

At the end of the day, we all know this stuff, and you take the good with the bad. You look through all that to something deeper, a sense of belonging. I was still there 18 months ago, and I don't believe it will have changed much in that short time.
