Extension without Principal applicant present
Hi Everyone,
My parents both hold the MM2H visa and it's time for my mother's visa extension in her new passport. Since my father is not able to travel to Malaysia due to other commitments, is it possible to for my mother to get the extension done without the principal (my father) being present? She will of course have the necessary copies of his visa and passports.
Appreciate if anyone can provide guidance on this.
Thanks.

Can't help through experience...but if an agent can do this why not the actual person who has the stamp in her passport. It is, after all, an extension...simply transferring the time already granted (10 years) into a new passport. It's not a new application. You should bring the MM2H Letter, too.
But maybe someone has better advice/experience.
