Surinder Singh - Remote Employment
Hi, when looking at the surindher singh requirements one of them included
"proof that they were working or self-employed in the EEA country, eg employer’s letters, wage slips, contracts or proof of registration with relevant tax authorities"
Would working remotely for an american company as an employee while living in Ireland qualify as proof of working in the EEA country?

Not unless you can provide tax proof that you paid taxes and relevant social insurances in Ireland.
If you are still paid in the US and pay taxes etc there, you have not proved you are living and working in Ireland.
