Moving to Ireland with Non EEA Spouse who's UK visa is due to expire.
Hi
My wife and step daughter's UK's "Leave to remain" Visa's are due to expire in October 2015. We we're going to apply again but sadly I have just lost my job (Unfair dismissal but cannot take them to employment tribunal due to being with them for a short time).
Anyway we have both been looking at the Surinder Singh option which to move to Ireland. I've looked at the forums here and it has given lots of helpful advice. The question I have is, will their expiry date on their UK visa's affect moving to Ireland? If their visa's expire can we still move over there without any issues?
Thanks for your help in advance.

The expired visa won't affect you moving and living in Ireland.
Presume you are aware that if your wife currently works her income can be used in the upcoming spouse application?
Are you sure you won't get a job before October?
