Wanted to say thanks for all those that offered help with hotels for
Rome.
I booked a hotel called "Hotel Papa Germano" its 66 euro a night. 5
Minute walk to the Termini Station, and about a 15-20 min walk to the
Colosseum. so this is great news for me. I've read mostly good
things.. Only bad things I have read are people complainted they
don't have a kitchen, even though there is nothing on the site that
says they have one for use...
If anyone can also i've me a good idea for a walk from the Termini
station area. a good day's walk would be nice.
or good cheap restaurants in that area. that don't "over charge"
Rome.

There are several. Past the Trevi Fountain to Piazza Navona is a great walk.
You can catch the Pantheon on the way if I'm not mistaken.

Probably because the Papa Germano is one of those hotels that on the
cusp of a hostel, and people are used to having a kitchen in hostels.

Ah I don't need a kitchen anyways.
But do you know if there is a market for bread and cold meats or meats
that don't need to be cooked near by? Or fruit stands?
I prefer to have some little meats and bread./cheese

Not sure how close this is but on Via Gioberti there is a little market that
sells all kinds of stuff and right up the block is a pastry shop.
