Malaga->Gibraltar
Hello,
Is there any way for a passenger arriving in Malaga Airport at 10:55 PM to get to
Gibraltar by bus or other public tranportation?

The short answer is no.
Public transport does not run to Gibralta this late
in the evening.
If you wait until morning take a bus from Malaga to La Linea
and then a taxi over to Gibraltar.
Alternateively you can walk from La linea bus station, this takes about 20 minutes.

I understood that the ONLY train on the Costa del Sol was the one that runs from
Malaga to Fuengirola and this stops at the Malaga Airport. Bus travel is therefore
more commonplace along the coast. The exact times of the coast busses is not known
but these should be available by research example see the listings on : http://www.andalucia.com/travel/bus/malaga-
.htm
I am not sure about reference to Tarifa as this is miles beyond the Gibraltar
turnoff. Past Algeciras. La Linea is the 'border' town which you will need to
aim for. Nige

The bus station is 2 blocks from the border checkpoint.
From there it's another 10 minutes tops across the airport runway and through
Landport Tunnel to the main square.
Almost certainly faster than a cab, given the long queues for motor traffic much
of the day.

That's right. Fuengirola is the last stop.
I just came back from the costa del sol 2 days ago and would highly reccommend
renting a car. It's fairly cheap: ?100/week from most places.
