They have a store in the Broadway shopping centre adjacent to
Hammersmith, and in the Victoria Place shopping centre, adjacent to

Easy to find.

Not so easy (I organised a small meeting in the Irish pub on the second
floor, and very few people seemed to be able to find it). It's the area
I described "upstairs" on the far right corner of the concourse looking
in the direction the trains depart.
