Well yes, there were about that number without running water while the
system was purged, but as they couldn't (and in some cases still can't) get
back into their homes because of the raw sewage sloshing about in them,
nobody noticed...

Well, nobody in the journalism business south of Watford Gap or any
government ministers...

Northern IRELAND ?
