Thank you. You have been very precise and helpful. I apprecaite. Only doubt I have
left is: I though $18 is for round trip. You are saying it is for one way but that
two one ways are more expensive than one round trip ticket? Also how long are the
tickets open? I will come back 2 months later. Marc

Yes, a return fare is considerably cheaper than two one-way tickets. What I suggest
is that you visit the www.gobycoach.com site to check availability of return tickets.
I don't know whether they are available for so long a period as two months.

Do I have to advance book one of these coach rides or can I do it right there at the
airport that night? Marc

It is usually possible to get a ticket at the time of travel from the driver, if
there are any spare seats. This may not, however, be the most economical way of doing
it. Once again, I would strongly advise you to contact the company and check that
this is in fact the case.

Well, to be more accurate, in the U.K. a coach is a long-distance bus, a bus is a
short-haul transit bus.
North American english doesn't distinguish between a long-haul or a transit bus.

I am flying to heathrow. my flight arrives on june 11 at 2205. My connection leaves Stansted at 0630 june 12 . I need to know the cheapest way to get me to stansted by 0430 since i may need a couple of hours due to tight security etc.

Apart from hitching a lift, I would think that the regular coach service
between the airports would be your best bet.
Look at the www.nationalexpress.com website and you will find that it takes
1 hour 25 minutes and costs UKP 19 to get from Heathrow to Stansted (regular
single fare). There's a bus that leaves the central bus station at 23.10 or
23.40.
