Then you aren't reading very carefully! Oh yes, the lardass rednecks
who troll in from sites like "alt.bush.politics" are hostile (but
they're hostile to ANYTHING that doesn't fit small-town America
prejudices), and possess neither the inclination nor the capacity to
examine what the administration dominated media tells them. But even
more of the Americans posting here are aghast at our fellow countrymen,
and are saying so in no uncertain terms! Don't make the same mistake
the ignorant among Americans make, and assume we're all the same.
(Since most of those would never dream of traveling outside U.S.
boundaries - the furthest they're likely to go on holiday is Hawaii or
Alaska, which are "foreign country" enough for them - Europeans are most
unlikely to encounter any "in the flesh".)
